VITA
Executive Producer Nina Maag has 30 years of experience in national and international film and series production for cinema and television, including productions like "DAS BOOT IV" (int. series), „DIE WELLE" with Jürgen Vogel and Elyas M’ Barek and „HECTOR AND THE SEARCH FOR HAPPINESS“ with Rosamund Pike and Simon Pegg. Her current projects include the film adaption of the bestselling novel SILVER MOONLIGHT (int. Feature) and the series „WAS WIR FÜRCHTEN“ for ZDFneo. In 2013, she was awarded the "Metropolis Prize" as Best Producer for the film "The Weekend", which has received several award nominations.
Previous to joining Bavaria Fiction GmbH in 2019, Nina Maag was Managing Director and Executive Producer of Construction Film for four years, has been working as an Executive Producer for Barefoot Films and UFA Cinema, as well as an Executive Producer for Ratpack Film.
Nina Maag studied Production and Media Business at the renowned University of Television and Film in Munich.
She is a Member of the German Film Academy.
